Online payment (recommended)
To make an online payment, go to your canadian financial institution's website. Your payment will be sent to Laval University in 3 to 5 working days.
To pay your bill on your canadian financial institution's website, follow these steps:
- Select the menu Bill payments
- Find and select Laval University (General Invoice) from the list of organizations
- The financial institution will ask for a reference or account number. Enter the 11-digit number on the top right corner of your invoice or statement of accounts
- Enter the amount to be paid
- Print the transaction report as proof of payment
Note
Some financial institutions do not offer the option Laval University - General Invoice. If this is the case, please use another payment method or contact us by email at recevables@sf.ulaval.ca
Payment by international transfer
In order to make a payment by international transfer, you must complete the appropriate form for your financial institution:
Please, also indicate your invoice number and / or customer number as a reference.
Caution
Check with your financial institution to see if there are administrative fees or issues related to the transfer of funds. You are responsible for paying all these fees.
Direct deposit payment (business only)
In order to make a payment by direct deposit, you must complete the following form for your financial institution:

If you make a direct deposit payment, it is essential to send the payment details by email tef.client@sf.ulaval.ca, indicating the invoice number.
Payment by mail
To make a payment by mail, please follow these steps:
- Print your invoice or statement of account
- Join the lower part of the invoice or statement of account
- Join a cheque or a money order to University Laval (CAD or USD only)
- Write your 11-digit number (on the top right corner of your invoice or statement of accounts) on the back of the check

Payment in person
Present yourself, during opening hours, with your invoice or statement of account at the Point, located at the entrance of the Maurice-Pollack and Alphonse-Desjardins pavilions.
The accepted payment methods are:
- Debit card
- Cheque (CAD or USD only)
- Money order (CAD or USD only)
